The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parsihad (UPMSP) on July 26 will be conducting the Class 10 and Class 12 compartment exams. The UP Board will hold the Class 10 High School and Class 12 Intermediate exams on July 26.
UP Board Class 10 and Class 12 compartment exams, which is set to be conducted on July 26, will be held from 8.30 am to 11.45 am and 2 pm to 5.15 pm, respectively. Earlier, the UP board improvement exam was scheduled to be held on July 19. The board had to revise the exam date considering the large crowd of devotees expected during the ‘Kanwar Yatra’.
This year, as many as 25,45,815 students appeared for the High School exams and 25,98,560 lakh students took the UP board intermediate examination. Students unsatisfied with the UP board 2025 results and those placed in the compartment category can sit in the UPMSP improvement exams.
In the UP Board High School exams, a total of 25,45,815 students appeared. Of them, 22,94,122 students successfully passed the examination.
In the UP board Class 12 exams, a total of 25,98,560 inter students appeared for the examination, and 21,08,774 students passed.
Practical or project (internal assessment) examinations will be held for the subjects in which candidates wish to improve or pass. Candidates must appear and pass both parts of the examination. If a candidate has passed in one part but failed in the other, they must appear in both parts again.
To maintain order in the UP board compartment exams 2025, centre superintendents are tasked with managing entry and exit to prevent overcrowding. Also, students are prohibited from bringing mobile phones, smartwatches, or any electronic devices into the exam halls. The UP Board exam rooms are required to have functional CCTV cameras with voice recorders and routers.
